During the holidays, social media services join in the festivities with fun features that everyone can use. Halloween is upon us and several services have participated in the fun. Here’s a short list of services and what they are doing:
- Twitter, there’s a few special Halloween icons that will appear throughout your timeline (more than likely will revert to regular text later in life)
- Wes Craven picks a few featured videos on YouTube including The Hand, and Trick or Vote
- Meebo (the online version of Pidgin) always does something fun for the holidays, this year they have some special Halloween icons, and avatar pictures.
- Friendfeed as themed their site to be more Halloween.
